Description

In this microscope a dovetailed cast iron carriage slide on a heavy cast iron base. In the carriage a locking arrangement is provided to rest coarse motion when fine motion screw is used. By successively locking and unlocking, motion in the total traverse can be provided by the slow motion screw. Two reamed holes are provided with clamping screws to hold the microscope in either vertical or horizontal plane. Least count 0.01mm, working distances 50mm.

Eyepiece 10 x rams den, 90 cross line reticules, objective 30 x of FL 15mm.

Total magnification 30x.
