Description

The pyranometer is used to measure total (beam plus diffuse) solar radiation. The precision spectral pyranometer being used has a black thermopile sensor protected by two concentric hemispherical optically ground covers. The detector is independent of wavelength of radiation over the solar energy spectrum.
